The valve is vacuum actuated. It basically automatically switches the Eisenmann exhaust between Sport Performance and Racing Performance, depending on the RPM/Speed of the vehicle. The Eisenmann exhaust weighs 19lbs. |

I've been requesting a sound clip for anyone's aftermarket exhaust ever since I've been posting threads on here.
Guess it's difficult for people to do that vs photos/AVIs,MPGs. |

I spent $600 for a TRUST exhaust for my Maxima and it total was worth every penny! It was not your typical big exhaust that was loud and did nothing but make noise, but it increased hp and was quite unless you stepped on it. Very quite cruising at higher speeds.

I agree. $800 for a muffler? What's that good for - about 2HP? A couple of years back I bought ceramic headers for my Vette, had them put on along with a complete dual 2.5" system fabricated and a couple of nice meaty Dynomax mufflers put on the back and still got change from $800!
I think the mufflers were $48 each And they sound awesome! Pics in 'my garage'.

eisenmann exhaust 2x76mm on 2001 BMW 330Ci
I don't know if this would be good compensation, but I found this sound clip of the eisenmann exhuast on a '01 330Ci. It's listed as eisenmann exhaust 2x76mm on 2001 BMW 330Ci. Enjoy!
http://www.alimal.com/bmw.html It's on the bottom right labeled Eisemann Soundfile. |
