1 year later

I haven't been on the board for awhile, but I just thought about it today, its been over 1 year since the first 1ers were delivered.

I took PDC delivery of NoBlinG one year ago this coming Monday, March 23. No issues of any kind.

On a related subject...I also purchased an 08 X5 about a week or so afterward. I received a very nice design sketch of my X5 suitable for framing to commemorate the event from BMW just yesterday. I wonder if this is something new BMW is doing? I didn't receive one when I purchased the 07
X5 nor the 07 335i.

I wonder if BMW has any plans to do something similar for the ONE...in addition to the commemorative items we already have received?

I have to say, that even after almost a full year of having the car, I still look forward to road trips just so I have an excuse to drive it. With most of my cars in the past that feeling has started to wear off by this point, so I'm pretty happy.

Or course, feeding in the mods in two month intervals doesn't hurt.
