How to fix/repair broken tabs?

I have a bumper with a few broken tabs I wanted to know how to fix them. Or if they can be replaced? It's a rear 135 m package bumper. Please let me know! Thank you

Body shops have a method of doing it where they use a resin then squish it around the old broken tab with tape to form a new tab then just drill a hole in the newly made tab.

Depending on how it is broken it most likely can be plastic welded. We do it all the time at my shop.

The whole tab is still there. It just looks cracked off on one side or the tab and the other side is fine. If you know what I mean
