Hell no, it's original!

I just met Frank Marino at Cage au Sports at the Bell Centre, he was doing a remote for team 990....pretty cool shaking that legend's hand!

While waiting here are some pics of my current ride (just before she leaves me for another hopefully caring lover).

The one showing the upper hood, tries to show the clear bra (3M) I have. And it is still in great shape even after 4 years !

Thanks Stew. I really liked to color then (and still am) and you rarely see one.

Yes Sport Pkg too. No PP though. This time yes.

As for trading it in, yes I am. They haven't given me the best price (Kirkland did) but the overall price was still lower, so...

... and yes I'll sleep. I just will eat faster tomorrow at lunch

nice e46. I see that color all the times though. All the bmws in my area
are either that color, or silver.

I think you are going to love your E90. E46 looks so outdated now.

Well, personnally I don't think of it as so outdated as of yet. Maybe when I'll get used to my new one I will. I must admit that the E90 kindda grew on me. At first, I definitely preferred the E46. Then , slowly but surely, I started to like the E90 enough to buy it. So, I guess I will look back one day saying what was I finding in that car (E46).

Hey! Stew! As you can see I am unable to sleep so I thought I come here to help me sleep. In fact, I was thinking of so many things (including the car of course). Like corrections to be made to my resume ! and of course the eternal music and sound creation

YYEEEEEHH ! AH AH AH ! Got it. finally. So please ! All the ones I tried so far had active steering. So I wasn't sure what to expect as I did not want that.

Soooo pleased ! . The steering feel is way better than my old E46 2001 (330xi). A bit, in fact quite a lot, more stiffness and more direct.

I did not have time to drive all that much, and mostly was going at street speed, but even at that speed you feel the difference. My father is so in love with it he's trying to convince my mom to change her 330xi (E46) !!

I took some pictures but unfortunately, the sun was blocked (too low on the horizon). I'll post them anyways later on until I get better ones.

Now, how did anyone manage to access the auto lock feature with the sept update (I don't have iDrive) ?

later .....

PS: Stew, how can you wait even longer ??? You are missing such a great car ! (Just pulling your leg here ).

First of all, it is great to know that you are finally in your new E90, and that it is that great! Congratulations! May you drive to many gigs with your great bimmer!

I frankly can't stand the wait. But the Jimmy is comfortable, so it's not so bad. I don't have any choice, do I?

AND, my year end is October 31st, and I'm focussing really hard on achieving a goal. The E90 will be a sweet reward for several stressful months.

Well the delivery went well and fast. It's always a pain to listen to the neverending explanation of the features of the car, when you've been surfing this forum for so long. I think I knew at least as much as my sales rep. Nevertheless, he was doing his job without being too boring !

Yeah right. Now I need to change it (and my personal info too).

Hope to have to pictures soon (too tired now)...

You have to enjoy the walkaround, after all, you have paid for it!
I thought you got a 330xi?

When you replied to my previous post. I was out driving in the country side. Enjoying the marvelous ride. I was so happy...

No, I was going for the standard sedan this type around. I don't think any xi can be delivered already. They just started producing them. I think I can enjoy much more this one than the xi. Of course the new one may behave better than the one I had, but I'm convinced it is not at the level of the 330i.

Will add some pictures later on today.

Congrats Benoitch. I am going crazy waiting for my car, especially since my dealer told me it arrived in Halifax on Oct.4. He is estimating last week of Oct. delivery.

Please post some pics, I have also ordered Terra and would love to see how yours looks.

Congratulations again.

Got mine from Canbec - good sales person. Service is OK (had some issues in the past). However, I realise that I probably know as much as the guys behind the counter (excluding the mechanics in the shop never get to speak to).

Canbec is literally minutes from my house and therefore very practical.
