Front and Rear rubbing on 135I

Fellas,

I'm a new 1 series owner and wondering how to fix an issue on my 08 135I. I recently put on new wheels and went 45 wide on the rear tires. Now i hear rubbing when i am going through dips on the highway. My question is can i somehow raise the front and rear up a little to stop the rubbing but using the coils that are already installed? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

45 wide would be like a mountain bike tire. If you have 255/45 tires then the width is 255mm and the height of the sidewall is 45% of 255mm. Is the suspension stock?

I believe everything is stock, the sizes of the tires are front 225/40ZR18 and rear 245/40ZR18
