17 inch wheels on 135, possible?

Not sure if this topic has been covered previously...

I've got an old set of 17 inch wheels and wondered if they would fit on a 135i? Not sure if the bigger discs on a 135i would get in the way. Then again whether they would be the same offsets etc...

Thinking it might be a cheaper alternative to having a spare set of wheels for track days

I think 17s are std in most countries. We get the M kit which upgrades to 18s as standard.

Could be useful if you need snow chains?
