Good on ya Mark . You've made an excellent decision. SCA's pictures are the best I've seen yet of TiAg. I'm sure they will sway quite a lot of people to change.

TiAg is offically the new black

Hmmmm wonder if Thrill30 has finally decided on TiAg or SG.

You're right A3ndy, SCA's pictures are what got me to start considering TiAg after being set on SG. I'm still leaning toward SG but TiAg sure does look awesome in these photos. They're some great pictures, what a nice neighborhood

I've yet to see the E90 in SG in any kind of good light though. I saw it at 8pm sunset, indirect light. Didn't look as impressive as I expected then.

I think SG is a bit like Arctis, in the way it changes in different lighting conditions. I've seen many comments like yours on here regarding SG looking different, and it not living up to one's expectations. I think BMW marketing are the cause of this. I mean the SG in the adverts looks fantastic, and in most does not resemble the real thing. Shame really.

Good luck with your decision.

I think you're right hehe. They hired some really great photographers to set up some awesome lighting before they took pics of the SG car. Its nowhere near as dark in most photos as it was in person. Again though, I really should see it in better light.

I have to agree with other posters here and elsewhere that they have some really great gray metallic colors they could have offered but didn't. Silver Grey Metallic is one of them I believe. It looked fantastic on the E46 at the dealer.

Yup, in all the official bmw SG photos there's so much light hitting the car that it looks almost gunmetal and almost bare-metal like. It's like these photos... there's so much nice lighting hitting it and that makes the color just pop out at you, but I've also seen pics of SG under overcast/dull lighting and it's just a dull looking gray.

I think its all the SG marketing that will actually steer people away from it..and TiAg IS the new black...and less Zaino!

I was in 5th gear as 6th had NO true passing power...aka you stepped on the gas in 6th and it did not take off.

Is it black leather or grey? I couldn't really tell from the pic above?

Black Leather. The gray is much, much, much, much lighter.
