3200 miles and just one flat Dunlop Winter Sport 3D, but I can't blame that on BMW.
Oh, wait a second - had the glove box keep falling open, but they seemed to have fixed that when I did an oil change at 1500 miles.

That's a good point, my car is completely stock. Also, I agree that since the 128i is less performance oriented, I would think 135i drivers are pushing their cars harder possibly unearthing otherwise dormant issues (i.e. fuel pump).

04/2008 build, just shy of 10k mi on the ODO.
I've had the fuel pump issue and the third brake light issue. Which reminds me, if your third brake light housing is at all cracked, get it fixed soon! Mine had small cracks, and I had been putting off the warranty work on it because it was low priority. Well, one day I park my car and get out to find the brake light housing broke in half and was partially hanging by a thread off the bootlid. T'was quite embarassing. |

I'm on 4 months and 8,000 miles including braving the Alps and temps down to -15C for a few weeks and the only thing that's happened to me is my glove box has dropped down twice while parked, but I do have it stuffed with papers and rubbish and pretty heavy so probably just wasn't closed properly.
Well actually one time the fuel pump didn't cut out and kinda went everywhere, but I dunno if that was my fault or the pump or the car. And I've got 2 minor pieces of damage from other people, one of which might be atributable to the car (as in white bmw, stands out a bit!). And I've had a few gestures flipped at me, you know emotional damage, which I've never had before and I don't believe I do anything different. Tim
