Accessport map question

I got my access port in the mail today.

I was under the impression that the"sport" map was tuned for 91 octane, and the "aggressive" map is tuned for 93 octane. The notes on the sport map still say 93 octane, even after I downloaded it from the website myself after selecting 91 Octane. Has anyone verified with Cobb whether the notes are correct? The wording is exactly the same for both. I sent them an inquiry but I have no idea how long it takes them to get back on these things.

Thanks.

That is how mine is. 91 sport 93 aggressive. Just download a sport map from them and set the parameters.

That's what I did. I selected the Stage 1 Performance map for 91 Octane and linear throttle. The "notes" on the file still say 93 Octane required at the end. I think it is an oversite on their part, the wording of the "notes" is the same on all of the maps.

I just ran it and had a blast. Wow. New car again. Can't want for a custom tune!

Accessport impressions:

The V3 is awesome. The gauge function is great. I am monitoring Boost, intake air temp, and lambda for bank 1 and bank 2.

The sticky mount works, hasn't fallen off yet. I ordered a better suction cup mount and will eventually place it above the AC vent to the left of the steering wheel.

The stage 1 map is strong enough for me for now. Throttle response is different from the stock standard map and stock sport mode. It has taken some getting used to, but I am pretty happy with it now. M-button is worth turning on, I think it still changes the wastegate parameters. Spool up is better with it on

The exhaust note was noticeably muted in part throttle low rpm range when I first installed the map, but over the past 3 days it has become very aggressive sounding as the ECU has learned. It has been a noticeable change. It occurred to me as I was driving home yesterday that the drone is completely gone. The MadDad diminished it considerably, but it was still noticeable. It is now gone. Gone. That alone is worth $650. I paid more than that for the midpipe!

If anyone is on the fence, go for it!
