Plot thickens, that does look credible. Do you think it's possible that there's enough room for a small power dome or other feature?

If there is a wheel well vent I hope it's more than cosmetics. However I believe we read too much into it. It appears to me that there's the regular side vent and the creases is just there because the way the cover is moved

That's just the stamped metal heat shield, go look at your car, you have one just like it.

Do you feel like pointing any of those out? You can clearly see in post #5 of this thread that what sort of looks like carbon in post #1 of this thread is quite clearly a metal heat shield surrounding the exhaust.

Incorrect! It's the hot weather tester/LA commercial car!

I'm glad it's only coming as a 6MT. It'll be a purpose built driver's car like the M Coupe/Roadster.

very thrilled this car will have m3 mirrors and carbon roof, if it has the power dome that would be sick. Even if all these premium parts make the car expensive, I don't care, they didn't cheapen it.

reason why there definitely is a power dome: the stretchy car cover is pulled tight over the front of the car, there is a large air gap where the wipers are, giving the appearance that the hood is flat, but allowing a small guard to cover the dome.

NO actually this car is based in Germany and was flown to Oktoberfest, it will soon be in France.

I also know that a lot of the info in this thread is inaccurate and over time it will be corrected; when people are given the green light to. A lot of the info has been let out of the bag as it were on this car to certain people and they have a timeline to follow.

Detroit is not that far away...

Oh did Dr. Kay say hybrid but not that kind of hybrid and something about dogmas- and how this car had cost and time restraints. Think cost restraint with a lot of the info in this thread.

And yes those mirrors are from the M3 as are many parts for this car.

It's my picture. Here is the uncompressed picture. It's not c/f. Car does look like it's going to look nice.

Does anyone else think the fender vents will look more like those on the GT-R as opposed to the RX-8?
