I love the look of the CHR but would never buy one. Just too crazy heavy! I noticed this one is milled which definitely interests me now if there is significant weight savings but black wheels are so
Lame now. They don't look good to me, dime a dozen and the red border is extra pep boys tacky. I am the biggest Bbs fan but there is nothing I like now. I hope they make a silver version with milled spokes that's not $2k a piece. That would be really great.

Sorry angle to sharp. Can hardly see wheels. What are they? Do you have better angle or closeup?

Such a shame they didn't bring out more colours for the 1m, all the non-standard colours look great. Loving the grey one and black with TE37s.

I have just moved over to a 1M from a 135i and am looking for some aftermarket wheels. On the 135i most people went for 18" wheels with 1" wider on the front and rear. There was a well known size and offset that filled the arches nicely but ensured there was no rubbing. The offsets were "8.5 ET45" on the front and "9.5 ET50" on the rears.

Is there a pretty common size and offset people are going for in 19" wheels on the 1M that fills the arches nicely but definitely wont rub?

Something like this would be good http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?p=9768501

You can add spacers to stock wheels or look at apex wheels. I like them better in 18 but the do have the ec-7 in 19.

Spacers are illegal here in Australia but a few people use them. What size spacers do you use on the front and rear?

Wheels are the same spec as E92 M3s, might help find more wheels searching for that fitment.

Stock 1m wheel sizes
front: 19 x 9 ET31
rear: 19 x 10 ET23

Mild fitment (from tuner motorsports)
x 9.5 ET35
x 10.5 ET27

Aggressive fitment (from tuner motorsports)
x 10 ET25
x 11 ET25

I like 18s over 19s on the 1M.

Thank you! Do you know if this aggressive fitment will not rub?

On stock suspensions I dont think it will be a problem.

This is Scott B car/wheel set up and he reported no rubbing.
Wheel Sizes:
18x11" ET18 with 255 / 35 / 18
18x9.5" ET22 with 285 / 30 / 18
