Has anyone here ordered a barebones 135i?

Just wondering if anywhere here pre-ordered their 135i with absolutely no options.. Straight non-metallic paint with leatherette and nothing else. :iono:

probably not. Most people would opt for the sports package and limit it to that as a barebones 135i

Only real men. I had to order pansy options like leather, iDrive, the fancy stereo, and iPod hookup.

I still have manual seats though!!!

Auto, sports package, and iPod integration for those long trips where I don't want to listen to country.

when i went into the dealer to order my 135i, my plan was to only order the 135i in AW with the sports packaged. They showed me a montego blue 335i with nav/idrive and i had to have both. Those sales people are good.

Well I called a dealership today about pre-ordering and he said something about full MSRP.. Can anybody recommend a SoCal dealer willing to budge?

edit: my build wasn't barebones btw.. I think he said the pre/custom-order list was full and I'd have to wait for the production line-up something or other in March. He wasn't being very clear.

Curious why you did not get the sport pkg. Do you not like the sport seats?

I started out with no options... now I'm thinking sport pkg, blue tooth, ipod, and heated seats. I don't want to wish I had something on my dream car!
