Update: I wanted to let everyone know that I have experienced slight rubbing on the rear-end on the street when the suspension is fully compressed. It only happens on big undulations or when I have passengers/cargo and hit a big bump.

Doesn't seem that big of a deal, but there is a very clear audible rub when the tires hit the fenders. After examining the fenders, it looks like it's the edge of the sidewall hitting the inside lip of the fender. At least one other person has experienced this same rubbing with the same wheel/tire package.

Damn, do the star specs run a little wide? Those tires look much beefier than their sizes would suggest.

Correct. Their shoulders are more square than most and therefore do run wider than one would expect from their quoted size.

The "other person" that Ruffan mentioned who is experiencing rubbing is me, and I have the performance suspension. The rubbing is on all four corners, but it is slight and is more pronounced in the rears (especially the left rear). I've added a touch of negative camber (less than half a degree) in the rear and front for the time being, and it seems to have decreased the rubbing by at least 95%. Ultimately however, fender rolling is something that I may consider.

Do any of the Dinan or BMW Performance suspension guys run 235's up front? I really would love to add some rubber up front.

Unfortunately, one needs the 8.5" rear size wheel in the front to use a 235 tire. A spacer is required, as well modification of the fender. I considered this already.

I'd have the APEX wheels for the track, which may easily allow 235's or even 245's without modification on these suspensions. Key word is "may" though.

looks nice and I am thinking of getting Black GTS-R's on my car with the same tire setup and hoped it would not rub. I can get them locally for 2000 mounted out the door.

If your car isn't lowered then it may never rub, and even if it is I wouldn't try to dissuade you from going this route. Like I said, the rubbing isn't really a big deal as far as I can tell.

I figured if I keep it stock height but I may want to lower it slightly like a half inch.

Thanks. These wheels have been great so far. 7 months of New York City, highway and track driving and no problems yet. If any place is going to break or bend rims it's NYC, and I feel good about my purchase. They look pretty cool too.

I am a Breyton supporter. And I suggest that anyone looking at these wheels or new tires should speak with Gill from Tire Rack as he and the company are wonderful to work with.
