New BMW owner / Used 135i !!!

YES!! I have been following this forum for so long and I finally decided to go and buy a gorgeous 2009 135i coupe!! Want to say hi to all the awesome owners out there for posting and commenting.
This is my first bimmer, so your input is much appreciated!

Talking about input I hope that you can help me decide what to do with my warranty, my car has 22k miles and I still have 7 month left on the factory warranty. I will not be driving enough to put more then 10k miles per year, and I'm bit concerned about what type of warranty I should get.

1) Is it worth to get a BMW extended warranty? They don't seem to cover any major parts.. seems like they charge too much for 2 years worth of regular maintenances...

2) My dealer (it's a non BMW one) is offering me the USWC warranty http://www.uswarranty.com/pdfs/USWCPPMBrochure04-12.pdf for $1,700, basically for the next 4 years of 50k miles they will cover:
- Front brake pad replacement 1 time during the contract.
- Lube, oil, and filter change every X month or X time.
- Tire rotation every x month or X time.
- 15 point inspection every X time.
- Wheel balance with every tire rotation.
- 2 wheel alignement every 30k miles.
- Engine air filter replacement every 15k miles.
- Front wiper blade replacement every year.

3) Don't get a warranty, they don't provide a good value and $1,700 is enough to cover for the above by myself...

4) I have stock tires, what tire cables you would recommend?

If you have any other input for a bimmer rookie feel free to share it.

Looking forward to many miles and awesome time on this little rocket.

Most of the common expensive problems have an extended warranty associated with them already.

Turbo wastegates got up to 8y/82k
HPFP got 10y/120k(?)

Aside from that, it's usually pretty straight forward and a roll of the dice, but a lot of people believe that if the car is going to have problems, they will show up early and often.
