Your Logic 7 Equalizer Settings

I have logic 7 in my new E90 and was wondering if anybody had good sound coming from theres, to post the equalizer settings to help me out.. thanks!

everyone is gonna give u something different... depending on the type or music, how loud u listen to it, and simply just preference. personally, i like a flat response, and the logic 7 is pretty good at delivering that, but i listen to my music loud and the midrange starts to distort because of the type of music i listen to, so i have my bass settings tuned down a tad bit, with everything else flat.
