Fog Lights Height Adjustable? 128i M-Sport

Hey all,

I swapped my fog lights with some 2500k Nokya fog lights and they seem to be aimed fairly low.

Is there a height adjustable allen wrench/screw that can adjust the height of the fog lights?

I want them to throw a bit more light out, because as of now they will be useless in poor weather conditions.

I've noticed the same thing with mine. I just assumed they aren't adjustable and have been living with it.

Garage List
I just tried real OEM to see if there was anything looking like an adjuster and I'm not 100% sure that there is.

PS. How did you get in there to replace the bulbs?

Yea, I tried searching but to no avail, the diagram didn't show much.

I just turned the wheel to full lock, unbolted some fender screws and pulled it back to stick my hand in.

You can obviously jack the car up, and take the wheel off to do it...but I was lazy

They are not adjustable. This is coming from the guy who actually tinkers around with the headlights on his 1er.

Blah....That sucks.

Thanks for the information regardless. I guess I never noticed how low they are aimed with the stock bulbs because they did nothing.

If they were aimed too high, they'd bounce off the fog and blind you.

Just bumping this up for educational purposes.

The fog lights for the M-Sport edition are indeed adjustable. They can be adjusted up/down via a hex right above where the bulb is plugged in
