PedalBox Installed!

Okay, so I ordered the Pedalbox from TWM the First day they posted it on the forums. It came in the mail today and I got it installed in under ten minutes. I started with a drive with the pedalbox off to make sure I didnt get a placebo effect, then I turned it on sport+ right off the bat. The difference is Day and Night! The car feels like a sports car finally. I really missed my rx8 for a while simply because it felt like a more pure sports car, but now with the pedalbox, cdv mod, jb3 stage 1, and downpipe I think I have the perfect driver's car.
The throttle response is amazing, the lag after shifting is almost gone, and the car just plain feels faster. The car also responds 100x better on the highway when I am in 6th and feel like passing someone. The power is always on tap. I don't know if it definitely is, but at the end of the day the car feels faster. I love this thing and recommend it to anyone who feels like bmw throttle response is way too luxury oriented.

Yea, but they also void your warranty, cost a million dollars, and you can't adjust them on the fly(18 different settings on the pedalbox).

All that thing does is adjust the throttle input sensitivity. As long as you are happy though...

The throttle is something you interact with a lot when you drive a car

For some people it's more about the feel of the car than simply how fast it is. This makes the car feel awesome and you won't understand until you try it.

It will make the car more responsive, I had a bms power box on my 525xi and it was noticeable. This would be more for the 128i crowd IMO.

i am not sure i'll get this box. If i want more gas, i just push the pedal more. I dont need a box to do that for me.

How are you going to compare pushing the pedal harder to a differently mapped throttle body. You guys just don't understand!

you can't open the throttle as fast in stock form. From what I have read, bmw purposely adds lag to the throttle system and the pedalbox eliminates that .

When someone who actually tried it writes a bad review I will understand, but you guys are basing your opinions off of what you read on a forum.

I've driven N54s with JB4, proceed, Cobb, and custom tunes. Not 1 has made a significant difference in throttle response. Drive an M3 and that's what I want for throttle response. I autox on the regular and throttle response would be nice
