track days in NJ?
Hi all,
I just ordered my 128i, should be here around March. Just wondering if there is a comprehensive list anywhere with all of the tracks in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CA) that do track days. Once i get her broken in, i definatly wanna take it out on some tracks and have fun with it. Thanks! |

PDA does do a good deal of local activities. ww.pdadrivingschool.com (they merged with NASA NE)
If you go to "events", they list the tracks they go to. It's a good start. Not to mention, their prices are very reasonable and well run - did the Pocono one two seasons ago - fun stuff. Other places to check - BMWCCA's website for autox and race days, Motorsports NE for autox days at the Meadowlands (they haven't updated for the 2009 schedule yet, surprisingly), and PCA has open events as well. |

I have been interested in doing these also. I joined BMW CCA, but haven't gotten to any events. I will post them when I find out about them. Also I want to check out the new track at englishtown.

The New Jersey CCA chapter has posted its schedule for this year, and we'd love to see some Ones at our events! Autocross is probably going to be especially fun in a One. We'll also be doing driving schools at Lime Rock, NJMP (both tracks), Summit Point (main) and Shenandoah. Plenty of track time and great instructors. Come join us! check the schedule at njbmwcca.org.
