Car accessories help
Hello all I just bought my 128i love love love it! It is the most amazing machine. (My first BMW) I do have a couple questions tho I hope I can find answers to.
1. What is a good brand for a clear bra that I can buy for the BMW? 2. My old vehicle made a sound when it was lock and my BMW does not. How do I change that? 3. It does not have Xenons . Does anyone know where I can buy some at a good price? 4. It is prewired for the alarm and cd changer. Were can I buy those and are they difficult to install? Sorry for all the questions! If any one knows anything that may help me out please let me know it will be greatly appreciated. |

For clear bra, find a local installer that does the 3M brand.
You will need the alarm from the dealer to get the beep sound. For the headlights, your best option is to purchase a set of OE headlights for now. We are working on an aftermarket alternative if you can wait. Both the alarm and cd changer can be purchased through your dealer or through www.getbmwparts.com |

You can also buy the film kit from any BMW dealer. Here are the part numbers:

Be careful about trying to do a clear bra DIY. I've had a clear bra on my last three cars and watch the installation. You REALLY need to know what you are doing if you want a nice result... This is one of those situations where you just "pay the man"
