Amber delete (hiding) when lights on
I've seen several pictures taken of the 1er from the front, with the Halos on but the amber (outer) lights off. It looks great! I put on the vinyl overlays and it looks good from certain angles. Problem is, as soon as I turn on the halos (Auto mode during the day) the orange reflector/turn signal lights up as well! And you can see orange just pouring out of there.
I'm wondering how people have the halos on and not the amber light I was thinking of changing the orange bulb (clear? chrome?) in there, which looks orange even with everything off, that way the overlays actually cover all that is orange. If I could do this and not have the orange lights on with the halos on, I would be a happy camper. I like the way the overlays look, but as soon as I turn any lights on orange again! Help! |
