Can someone please clarify front/rear sizes and offsets, as well as front/rear tire sizes? It seems these wheels are offered in 18" x 8" and 18" x 9" with either a 45mm or 48mm offset. What is the ideal wheel size for the 1-series to avoid rubbing issues, etc.? And am I correct in stating that the recommended tires sizes are then 225/40-18 front and 255/35-18 rear?

Will these fit an M3? I have them as my current winter setup on my 135i, but I am close to ordering an E92 M3 and want to use them as a winter setup. If any one knows if they will work, please let me know. Thanks!

Fronts 215/40/r18

Rears 245/35/r18

with 18 x 8 CS7 fronts and 18 x 9 CS7 rears?
