Bluetooth without iDrive?

I have a 09 135 with premium pkg but no navigation. BMW assist comes as part of the prem pkg but I am unsure if I have bluetooth built-in. If so, how to I pair it with my phone?

If you have bluetooth and no iDrive like I do you will find it on your radio under the menu button. If you hit the menu button it should show phone as one of the items. If there isn't phone then you don't have bluetooth.

Assist = Bluetooth

Thank you all! I do see the "Phone" menu on my radio and have paired and tested it with a phone call. It's a cool feature! =)
