I'm getting a PDX-5 and 3Sixty.2 installed on Saturday

Hey Citizen Z, this is probably the most helpful post I've seen yet. Thanks for doing it. I've got an '09 135i with the base stereo plus Nav. As a result I want to keep the HU. I figured I would be fine with the stock system but I'm annoyed with the slight buzz I get on some songs and just the general lack of clarity in the system.

When you complete the first upgrade, (amp and 3SIXTY.2) did you find that issue went away or did you still need to do the speakers? Also, I've been talking with two very good local shops and they disagree on the necessity of the 3SIXTY.2. One shop says I need it and the other does not. What did your shop tell you as to why you needed/wanted it?
