interior rubber paint peeling
Hey guys,
Anyone know if peeling of this particular part is covered by BMW warranty? Steering wheel peeling is common and I got that fixed under BMW warranty but I believe this isn't common... or it's less common Does anyone know how to take this part off or where to buy the part? just in case my dealer refuses to replace it for me.. To me, the whole peeling s*** is extremely embarrassing problem for a brand like BMW to have. Steering wheel, door handle, window control, interior rubber paint. I believe everything interior is prone to peeling in BMWs. Just embarrassing. |

It probably is. Go ask your dealership. My 2008 has none of those problems so it seems like a defect.

Thanks guys. Obviously I'll ask the dealership first, and if they refuse, I'll buy the part and replace it myself. Looks like I just need to pull out the trim above and a couple of bolts. Hopefully I don't have to take out ac control and everything next to it.

Is schwarz black and alaskagrau means grey? And mine is black, right? I always thought my interior was black but now I'm second guessing lol
Hopefully the website isn't the same supplier as the one I have |
