Can I fit 265 on 17x9 ET 45 (rear tires)
Right now I'm running 245 front and 255 rear. Wheel specs are 17x8 ET42, 17x9 ET 45. I was wanting to run 265 in the rear. But I was wondering if anyone else is running this set up and if so what how much work is need in the rear to make them fit.

you could run a 275/40 if you wanted to, but that rear offset is all wrong, typical generic vmr junk fitment.

You should be okay with the 9" wheel, however the 265 tire might give you issues.
I'm running 17x8.5 ET40. So a 17x9 ET45 wheel would only extend out 1mm more than mine. I run 245/40 RS3s with no issues in the rear. Hate to give you the bad news but 265 isn't available in 17" anyways |
