FS:N54 OEM TD03 turbos
Hey guys,
I am selling my stock N54 turbos. They were removed from the vehicle after only 18,000km of service, 15K of which was before the car was modified in any way. They are in mint condition, no oil leaks from the CHRA or exhaust turbine seal, no "siren" noise and no wastegate rattle. I am asking $1,195.00 firm. Perfect for the N54 owner who has tired/smokey turbos or rattling wastegates and doesn't want to shell out for RB's or deal with a core exchange internationally. Cheers, Justin. |

Hey mate,
to the best of my knowledge there is no local solution for high flowing of the OEM TD03 turbocharger. There are a few options that are available abroad, but IMHO Rob Beck turbochargers are the best option when looking to go beyond what the stock snails are capable of. Yes, your JB4 tune will handle "hi-flowed" turbochargers without a problem. However just to be clear you would not upgrade this particular set of turbos as they are in perfect order and suit a N54 owner that has faulty turbos, but does not want to go beyond 300rwkW. Cheers, Justin. |

Thanks Justin.
I got rattles bigtime and just wondering if the simple fix is to buy new turbos or just keep coming to you guys at Advan for every service and have you guys fix the problem till the next service. But if there isn't any major gains from a hi-flow i wont bother. -Elee |
