Tire Specs for an Eibach Drop

I'm looking to replace my run flats. I'm planning to get a set of Michelin PSS since I've seen so many positive reviews and recommendations on here. But I'm not sure what width and profile to get. I'm running 261M wheels with an Eibach Pro drop. I was thinking 225s in the front and 255s in the rear. But not sure what the height ratio should be without rubbing. Thanks for your suggestions.

Garage List
I've got 225/40 and 255/35 Yokohama S-Drives on 18" 313 wheels with Eibach Springs. They have pretty square shoulders and I rub over big bumps, turning into driveways, etc...

Not sure how the corner profile of the Yokos compares with the PSS...

I have 225/40/18 255/35/18 Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tyres with stock 261M wheels. They are a quite a chunky tyre and run closer to 235/265 but without spacers I had no issues with an Eibach drop. I now have 10mm front and 12mm rear and I get rub on both over BIG dips by nothing major, they only just catch on the liner. With these spacers I've made my stock wheels around ET39 which is quite aggressive.

I am running Breytons which are very close to the stock wheel spec. With the 225/255 PSS setup, I do get some slight rubbing on the rears over large bumps when I have the wife and son in the car. With just me, no issues...
