BMW Performance Steering Wheel Upgrade

I am about to install the BMW Performance Steering Wheel.

Does anyone know what the appropriate torque xxx ft-lbs is for the Steering Wheel?

I have read the following:

"When it comes time to tighten the wheel retaining bolt, BMW recommends 63 Nm or 46 ft*lbs."
