Hate to do this but I am wanting to buy a house here shortly so I am trying to get rid of a monthly car payment so I can buy in the area that I want and not just settle on any house.

Sedona Red / Black leather interior
81.5k miles (and counting..since its my daily driver)
18' Factory wheels
Premium package (power roof and power everything)
Cold weather package

Extras:
Upgraded the Halos to Burger Motorsports LED
LED side marker lights on front fenders
35% tint all around. (previous owner had it done..some bubbling on back window)


Service:
Oil changes with mandated BMW / Castrol 5W-30 at every 5000 miles since I've owned it starting at 48K miles.
Tires: Just changed all 4 about a month ago.
Brakes: Almost brand new, plenty of pad life left
Spark plugs, air filter, cabin filter and wiper blades changed at around 55k
Engine: Both turbos were replaced in Aug 2013 under warranty.
Engine: Oil Filter Housing Gasket was replaced in Aug 2013 along with a coolant flush
Walnut Blasting was done in October of 2014
