Fitment Q guru needed

What's up guys getting a set of rims F18x9 +45 R18x10 +40. Question about the front will I need a spacer to stay off the strut? I know I'll need camber and that's fine stretch and all. Thanks

whats the car's camber spec and state of your fenders? You'll need ~10-12mm of front spacer depending on your tire choice and strut clearance. Rear is going to need a lot of fender destruction to get it to fit. It might almost be easier to swap the rear hubs to earlier model ones to get the extra 10mm of clearance, then fender roll, stretch and camber.

FYI, here's a 17x9 ET40 in the rear, to put it in perspective:

Front and rear fenders will be rolled and pulled alot. Car has coilovers camber plates M3 front control arms. for camber I figure -3.0 front and back I have Hp rear toe arms to dail in toe correctly. for tires Im guessing 215/35/18 and 245/35/18 something with a round shoulder hankook or falken.

Garage List
Ginger nailed what will happen. My wheel stats are listed below. My front wheel is 4mm from my strut. I finally did the rear hub swap to gain some space. You probably could get that size rear tire to work if you could get up to 4deg or so of camber. I'd do the hub swap or pick different wheels. With the hub swap you should be able to run 2ish deg of camber and Falken or Toyo 255 tires.

yeah I ordered the kit from ECS, want the car to be functional. I'm still trying to figure out how 1013mm got these to work.. http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...=564258&page=3

So it turns out the fronts are et38 from the markings not that big of a deal so I'm guessing a 5mm spacer up front?

RIMS on rear fit fine with no hub swap just rolled the rears. tires are HanKook 215-40-18 up front rear 245-35-18 ever so slight poke. If I do the hub swap I'll be able to go up to 255s front hit strut on turns going up hill need to run bigger spacer(10mm) to cure this will be able to without much issue.
