Need FMIC that won't distort lower bumper

I'm currently running an AA FMIC but this pushes down on the lower edge of the front bumper so fitting a splitter is impossible.

I've looked at several vendor sites and different size FMIC but none state very clearly "this will not distort your bumper cover."

Does anyone have real world experience with an FMIC and splitter combo?

Thank you

Forge is one of the better ones with no bottom tray touching, I run a slightly larger wagner one myself and works fine.

The FORGE FMIC sits slightly lower than stock IC. and rests on the lower underhood shield

I had mine installed by a local race shop and I've been under the car quite a bit due to the 135-->1M conversion.

Seems the AA had light contact with the 135 Msport bumper but now has significant displacement of the 1M bumper.

I'm leaning towards the AD Engineering FMIC at this point.

+1 on Forge. Touches the under tray panel but doesn't distort the bumper at all. I use one with a lightweight front splitter with no issues on the install.

with the Forge, I see that it doesn't touch the bumper cover, which is great, but you mentioned that it does push on the undertray. Since the bumper screws together with the undertray, does that distort the bumper at all?

sorry for all the questions but I'd like to this once and do it right. my concern/goal is to be able to put a RZ style splitter under the bumper.

Regarding the the Forge, once you slide in the undertray the bumper does bulge slightly in the middle, it's not bad, however, it does make installing a lip a 2 person job in my case. If you are looking for a FMIC that absolutely doesn't interfere the tray then the Forge might not be the best choice.

I just checked with two friends that track their 1Ms. Both have splitters and both run ER Competition FMIC without problems. However, they are over $1K.
