Sorry for the long wait everyone, been very busy lately, so didn't have the time to take pictures. Had a little time today, so i took a few pics of the exhaust, as promised. The exhaust on my car is a prototype. The final product will be made out of stainless steel or titanium(extra). The welds will look a lot cleaner and piping will have a smoother finish, with smooth bends.

Yes, the diffuser can be purchased on the link below.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-E82-1-Se...c22116&vxp=mtr And you maintain the stock n55 mids. The quad exhaust is a axle back setup. The secondary pipe that leads to the right side of the exhaust goes behind the diffuser, and is held in place by a hangar. |

There would have to be another hanger over there. Also a flange is a must, no way it would be worth welding on.
On another note, it looks like there might be room for a straight through 2-in-2-out muffler at the y pipe.

This is a proto-type like i said, so everything will be made from stainless steel and mandrel bent. Also, if you would like a muffler, you can have one. These are made to order, so each buyer can have exactly what they want done to it. Like Burger Kings slogan, "have it your way" .

What is the minimum piping size we're looking at here? And by that I mean the smallest part of the pipe if it has to neck down for any reason.

There is no smallest pipe, when I got this exhaust made, I made sure it was equal size. So all the piping on my exhaust is 3 inches but the final product will be 2.75 piping all around

The exhaust can be made exactly the way you want. You can have it made from 2.5 inch piping, to 2.75 inch, to 3 inch piping, stainless steel tips, titanium tips, black tips, carbon tips. Some options will cost extra, but whomever is interested, PM me. The first 10 people who are 100% interested will get a discounted price. As soon as the GB reaches 10, i will send a PM to the people listed below.

Stainless steel, TIG welded with mandrel bends (not crushed), along with a muffler and axle-back option?
If so, count me in on one of the 10.

After re-reading this thread, is this for N54 or N55? Or will it work with both? I'm looking for a bolt on fit, not something that needs to be welded.
