TPMS Question
I am going to buy a set of wheels for my 1er and I don't want to dish out the extra Cash for the TPMS. My friend has a set laying around off of his Audi RS4 and I was wondering if these would work with my car. Anyone have any experience with this/any insight?

Can't you reuse the TPMS from the existing wheels?

I don't think you can use the RS4 ones bc BMW has changed the freq of the TPMS a few times. Early ones were 433Mhz I believe. I forget what he post Sept, 2010 builds are.
But you could also have someone who does coding - "code out" your TPMS or code the Canadian/RoW system that uses the car's ABS sensors instead of sensors inside the tires. Dack
