high flow catted downpipes and error codes?

I have a n54 2008 135i 6mt vert, I was wondering I did some research but haven't really found a good answer, I have a jb4 stage 3 injen dci er charge pipe and hks ssqv4 installed, was planning on getting some ar hiflow catted downpipes. was wondering if they threw codes? and if so how could I go about tuning it so I don't have to worry about codes as it is my DD im keeping stock exhaust just switching to the 3 in down pipes id be great full for anyone's help on the

they might, if so turn on jb4 auto clear
