What is with used parts dealers in this country?

I mean honestly...why would you quote someone the cost of a used part that is more expensive than buying it new?

Dumbfounded by the pricing schematics of some of these businesses...no I wasn't expecting to pay peanuts but seriously

Anger + frustration expelled.
