Very shiny!

What do you use to clean the wood?

What camera are you using?

I just use a damp cloth to wipe the wood (just water).

The camera is a Canon 5D with very good L (Pro) lenses.
No post-processing.

A very classic combination.

I like your wheels too.

I actually don't spend much time on it. Maybe every 1-2 months.

I use a microfibre cloth (a cheap one from the supermarket).
I soak it in water and then wring it out so that it is only slightly damp (almost dry). I wipe the wood and there is so little water it dries immediately as I rub it.

A couple of times, I have used BMW interior cleaner fluid diluted in water (just a drop or two) again on an almost dry but slightly damp microfibre. This very mild detergent will remove oils. If you don't have this use a few drops of woolite mixed with a cup of water.

I clean the leather the same way. I avoid using chemicals and detergent as much as possible. Microfibre is great it is will absorb surface grime.

For these shots I used

24-70L f2.8
16-35L f2.8
100mm Macro f2.8
50mm f1.4

with a Canon 5D (12 MegaPixel JPEG, no post-processing, just downsized with Aperture 1.1 on a MacBook Pro).

Yes, I was surprised at how good this looks. It sort of balances out the black dashboard. It almost makes it look like the not-in-North-America Lemon!
