135i n54 custom muffler delete sound clip.

custom muffler delete on stock midpipes/downpipes. still pretty quiet, probably need downpipes next!

will sound like ass with downpipes, the cats are the only thing keeping it from sounding like a ups truck full of pots and pans

I lol'ed pretty hard. But it's true, N54s sound like ass if opened up too much.. You get that buzzy weird sound at low rpms when you let off throttle. Sounds like a 67' beetle

I took it to a guy who works at a hot rod shop down here in salt lake but has a ton of exhaust experience. Only cost me 100 bucks.

Yeah so you cut it where it goes around the bend by the subframe/suspension then make some piping up that will work.

Sounds good to me! I'm sure very similar to my setup with Berk Delete. I have been torn between either gutting the resonator with a Y-Pipe or getting a set n55 mids to delete cats.

Why not just cut out mid cats and gut the little resonator.

Are you talking about the y pipe? I still have kittyless downpipes and muffler delete but I think I'm going to cut out the two mid cats and resonator next, I really like the raspy sound of these straight 6's
