Spotted my 3rd 1 series coupe or convertible this morning...

A 120i black vert inbound City link at 7:40am...

So that's 3 all up and all of them black...must say this one from this morning was very, very dirty - please give it some love and clean her up :smile:

For me these cars are still a rare sighting, that's only 3 in 4 or 5 months...

I do however see 1 series hatches on a daily basis, heaps of those around.

Saw a lovely Sedona red 135 turning from Ourimbah road onto Spit road in Mosman today. First one I've seen in the flesh and looked awesome!

Spotted SGM coupe (135i I think) with black custom plates exiting car wash on Whitehorse Rd, Deepdene sometime before 11am today (Sun). I think he was more shocked then me seeing another 1 coupe, so there was definitely acknowledging going on :biggrin:

Anyone here?

Also lightly scrapped my front bumper exiting the same myself.....

Not a 135 but I saw a nice M6 vert yesterday driving back from Bowral. Also saw a group of guys on a "cruise" - about 20 WRXs in a row with the new STi leading the pack. I left them in my dust...

Where are you Perthites? Glorious day so I headed where the rest of Perth went...to the coast. Travelled from Freo to Hillary's and back and saw 2 1 series hatches, an F430 ferrari spyder (hot) and some mad ass old skool ford or something complete with full chop, sled and slam, black with flames. Absolutely bitchin.

So where were my fellow coupe's and vert owners, lapping up the sunshine?

I washed the beast today and it was then covered in what I thought was dust within 30 minutes. Not happy Jan. I then went over to a friends place in Bayswater and they told me it was pollen. Where's the chainsaw???

I considered going down to the beach for a run along West Coast Highway, but just didn't get my act into gear! Yesterday was my run day, must do more though.

I am reliably informed that the road to the Pinnacles is now sealed all the way, bar the bit though the park itself. Anyone up for a run and a photo shoot? The only downside would be that it could be bug city on the way there...
