Time to spend my Tax Refund!

Im in the market for some wheels and tires, i think ive settled on arc-8's, but stell need to wrap them in something good. I do plan on tracking the car, and these wont be exclusively track tires, but if i take road trips or something, i will most likely put the stockers back on.

I do live in germany, so i do a lot of high speed driving, so all my picks are Y speed rated, and XL load rated. I need a tire that can handle some rain at excessive highway speeds (80+ mph). Wear is not a huge concern for me, but id like to get 10k+ miles out of them. I dont know if anything in the tires construction can help minimize camber wear, but i will most likely be running at least 2*.

I want to run 245/35's in front, and 265/35's in rear.

ContiSportContact 3
Eagle F1 Asymmetric
Pilot Sport PS2
PZero
Potenza S-04 Pole Position

Prices for the sizes i want seem to run from about 1000 to 1250.

The continental's have kinda sketchy reviews, but one of the guys has a V6 Caddy and he is bitching that his max performance summer tires isnt good in the snow.
The PS2's seem to have the best life even though they tie with the pirelli's for lowest wear rating and come with the least tread (9/32's)
The bridgestones are pretty heavy, but that could mean a stiffer sidewall and better handling? New tire, so no comparisons and no reviews.

Discuss.

PS3's are out over here in DE. For 225/255's I was quoted 770 euros mounted. ballanced, (me taking the old tires - so no Germany recycling fees) and a 4wheel alignment check. 30 euros extra for any adjustments. This is a ReifenWagnor tire chain.

I didn't see them on your list, but Dunlop Star Specs will save you a little bit of coin compared to Michelins, and they're very good.

Are you planning on rolling your fenders - I could be wrong, but those tire sizes sound like a very tight fit!
