Gill, so I'm in the market for new tires this spring. My previous setup is 235/40/18 and 255/35/18 Direzza star specs on stock rims. I've purchased the apex arc8s and was gonna do 235/40/18 and 275/35/18. Will these be available in that size? If so, you can be sure to get an order from me. Altho if not I'll still order thru you anyway

Garage List
Thanks for the heads-up Gill...if you're going to test them, please compare them to the Continental Extreme Contact DW, as I was planning on those for summer (already have a set of the Conti E-C DWS high-perf all-seasons for our shoulder seasons between pure winters and pure summers).

No 255/30/19. 255/35/19 is too tall, 265/30/19 might cause rubbing!

All, check tirerack!

Tires are now available in way more sizes than in their press release.

I'm in the same boat with apex arc 8's and am looking at a 245/275 set.

I share your feeling. Between 255/35/19 and 265/30/19, which is a better fit for our car? I have 255/30/19 now.

Great find! Now I am set with the super sports for my ARC-8 wheels when they come in, although, I won't go as agressive as you in the front:

235 40 R 18 (front)
275 35 R 18 (rear)

I wonder why TireRack site gives me the warning about aggressive fitment when I use 255/35 18 for rear tires?

[QUOTE=maxnix;9043773]They assume stock wheels.[/QUOTE

Hmm. So does that mean that 255 rear tire is too wide for the stock rim? There are plenty of people on here who use the same size combo. The website only refers to possible rubbing due to wider tire
