Powdercoated Intercooler?
anybody done it? is it possible? im thinking about doing it in black

Do NOT powdercoat your intercooler!!! This will completely negate the affect of the intercooler itself. The best you can do is to anodize it black or paint it with radiator paint. The first of those two methods is the best of the two.

dont powdercoat, get ur intercooler anodized.. ETS just released one iirc that comes in diff. colors

I am not sure were you guys get your info but most condensers (Same basic structure pother than a intercooler has fins inside its tubes) on OE vehicles are powdercoated and it will not hurt to powdercoat you intercooler.
I use to be the quality manager at Valeo Engine Cooling (Which is a huge OE supplier of radiators, condensers and intercoolers {55,000 a day})..... Anyway, it will not hurt but some regular black spray paint would be a lot more cost effective.
