(estimated) how much would it cost for me to get this fixed?

I guess when I was driving I kicked up a big rock or something. There is a small dent (no real shape its just kind of like a line....) Also those visible lines with it are places where a layer of paint has been stripped off and if you rub your fingers along them they grab any dirt and oil from your fingers off and darkens the lines. Sorry about the camera focus... all white background makes it really really tough.... i hope you can still see the lines

From what I can see, it looks like a slight discoloring from something grazing the paint. Did you try buffing it first?? It shouldnt be too expensive.

Buffing wont take out the dent tho... (yes it stripped off the clear coat and first layer of paint or at least thats what it appears)
