Help with brakes
My 2011 135 has squeaking brakes. Usually at the beginning of applying brakes. I have gone to service 4 times without adequate results. (I live in puerto Rico so I'm stuck with Autogermana ) they told me pads are fine, they lubricated and cleaned pads, checked and changed something in calipers. I have read most 135 squeak but if the pads are fine if I change them to cool carbons will they still squeak? What about warranty? Thanks for ur help as usual....

My cool carbons made zero noise and felt pretty good once bedded. When switching to CCs you will loose some initial bite, but they feel better after about 500 miles. CCs also like to be beat on once in a while. Without sufficient heat, the pad will clean the transfer material off the rotor and the brakes will begin to feel slightly weaker. Just go out and hammer the brakes and the feel comes back. An added benefit is significantly less brake dust compared to OEM pads and they seemed pretty easy on the rotors.
