Yeah I was. Relatively simple install. Directions are pretty thorough

I have used them for 3 winters so somewhere in the range of 12-15k. As far as run flats i don't know. The tires are at my parents house in Lake Zurich while I'm in milwaukee. I will be there this friday and can get you a better answer at that point about tread left and type of blizzaks.
