berk tech full street version exhaust removes the catalytic converter? because if it does then bmw will void the warranty ??

There's no downpipes, so it only removes the secondary cats in the midpipes. You'll still pass emissions, and BMW doesn't care. My dealership actually put the midpipes in for me while I was there for a different issue, they didn't care. They WOULD care about the primary cats in the DPs though.

Not that I know of. Usually DPs are among the first of mods on the list.

Here are clips of my custom 2 1/2" strait pipe catback. Its running stock DP's for now. There are no secondary cats, no resonator and no muffler. It does have an x-pipe to even the pressure. People have been asking to hear what this sounds like so here it is. Hope you like

The n55 only has a cat on the down pipe so anything you do with the mid pipe and axelback will not void your warranty.
