E90 BMW Performance diffusor on 135i? Cheap alternative...
http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...catalogid=4462
This part looks like it will definately fit with some adjustments and shaping.... Im going to test fit an e90 diffusor today and see what i can do...if the standard e90 diffusor can be made to fit i will order this and start the retrofit because for $300 you cant get better than oem Has anyone tried this? |

im ordering an e90 performance diffusor, and an e92 performance (335is) diffusor and seeing which one will be easier to make fit.
Then i am going to create a mold of my custom diffuser after i have made it fit perfectly, and start selling them for pretty much the same price as the performance diffusor for the e90 - $330 depending on my R&D and how it all works out... I'll keep you guys posted! Give me a few weeks |

I'm confused. The e90 and e92 diffusers are dual outlet right? So how would you get single outlet by cutting the e90/e92 diffuser? I thought you were intending to create a quad outlet.

They make them for the 328i also...that is single outlet on the left hand side exactly as the 135i |

Diffusors that are currently available for the 1 series are very overpriced. $700+ The performance diffusor for the e90/e92 in frp is only $300 so my plan is to make it fit. |

I plan to convert the E90/E92 (whichever is a closer fit) performance diffusor into a diffusor for the 135i which is *bmw performance esque* |

My plan is to make these frp and sprayed matte black (which will then be able to be sprayed a colour of choice) when ordered, if wanted. I am not familiar with using CF and dont want to make something which looks like a knock off CF diffusor. Which is why i plan to use FRP.

So maybe ill spend $400 in parts maybe, and then another some making a mold and then i will be selling them cheaper than icarbon for the rest of the community who think icarbons is a bit overpriced for just a diffusor... even their FRP one is $600 i mean come on that isnt worth more than $350 in my opinion |
