WTB: 1 series (E82)

I am looking for a clean 1 series (E82) for a project (read: that does not mean I am looking for a project E82). It makes no difference to me if it is a 128 or a 135.

Requirements:
Space Gray or Lemans Blue exterior
Black interior
Black window exterior window trim (think this means sports package?)
No navigation
Manual transmission
Heated seats
2009+ (if not evident by the exterior color requirements)
No accidents/paint work/stories of any sort
No rust

Bonus:
No sunroof
Single owner
Maintenance records
OEM unmodified (will consider modified cars on a case by case basis)
West coast car
Interior trim Aluminum/Black/Carbon Fiber
