Advice Please: Install Cree Angel Eyes

OK so I have the Cree Angel eyes. They come with no instructions. There is an odd haywire kind of thing with a white resistor or something, naked wires, soldered and open connections. I'm hoping I can ignore that? What the heck is it?

And each LED comes with two cylindrical things that seem to want to plug together, one larger than the other. Am I to use both of them, and stuff the whole package in the lamp hole, or just the large one, or what?

I'll try to attach a pic of the assembled LED and the two cylinders, and the white thing too.

Advise me, please?

OK, found their instructions on line so am probably OK. But any advice welcome and still wondering what the heck the white thing is.

Thanks!

Report on installation on 135is convertible

Well beyond my capability: light boxes hard to remove. Fortunately my son is a master tech. He wound up needing to remove two braces that go from center below the radiator to near the top of the fenders, in front of the engine. Other than that went fine. Lights look good.

Took him well over an hour with tools and lift. Not a do-it-yourself, IMO, on the 135is convertible. Plunking them in, easy. Getting there, not easy at all.

I'm wondering too, mine were pretty quick from the top, but not a 'vert.

The wires they sent, the 2nd picture, really unfinished looking. Strange. You needed to use them?
