So yes, Im new to this board but I have a simple question that I have attempted to research. Whats the difference between my sport pkg brakes that appear to look similar, is it just disc size?

Nice combo, indeed

With that kind of money spent, why didn't you go for better (aftermarket) brakes?

trust me, they were way cheaper than aftermarket. the only thing that would have been close was the stoptech and im a brand whore. the cost of replacing the two calipers that were chipped was already close to the price I paid for the yellow upgrade PLUS the rotors. I just got a great deal

no problems guys, I appreciate all the input! I was thinking the same, but the yellow/gold contrast to my dark blue looks so good, couldn't resist. At first I was looking to...

-Buy two calipers to replace my chipped originals
-Powder coat calipers to the yellow/gold
-Buy performance rotors all around

So with all that in mind, I would have spent MORE on my original plan than just getting the whole performance brake kit believe it or not. PLUS, my car is not out of commission due to powdercoating.

I have to say, that does look really nice. Do you have the performance rotors in the rear as well?

Looks awesome. I want a yellow BBK down the line after turbo.

What's the scoop on the e36 build at Rennspec?
