Sup everyone..Been awhile since I've been on here.

Anyways my girl has a 128i and she left the passenger window down last night and guess what........IT RAINED

I havent had to the chance to look at it myself but she sent me a picture of the airbag light on.

Anyone had any experience like this? Searched a few posts and havent seen anything specific with a 128i. Hoping its not the airbag module or whatever you call it is

Car is a 2011 or 2012 btw. not sure which one or if it matters

Same shit happened to me in my 135i. Best thing to do is air it out, turn on the seat heaters if you have them. Took me 2 full days to dry it out

Ya, a wet passenger seat will trigger the light, it messes up the passenger weight sensor. Need to run the car with the A/C on and the heat on full blast to dry it out.
